Why isn't the tracking information updating for a package I shipped via USPS First Class Mail International?

    First Class Mail International does not offer any tracking. Any scans that may show up are performed by automated equipment and there should be no more once the item leaves the US.

    Customs forms isn’t usually scanned outside the US. Try tracking it at but I doubt it will have any updates in Brazil or the Philippines. When you go to the website make sure you read and track it properly.
